Paul Ryan is not a fan of ‘House of Cards’

The adultery in "House of Cards" was too much for Rep. Ryan.

The popular political drama House of Cards may be praised by many, but Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) isn’t one of them.

“I watched the first couple of episodes until he cheated on his wife with that reporter,” Ryan told Parade magazine in an interview published Friday. “It turned my stomach so much that I just couldn’t watch it anymore.”

Ryan states the character hits “close to home.” Ryan’s reservations stem from the conclusion that many viewers will associate Frank Underwood’s character to real people in congress.

“His behavior was so reprehensible, and it hit too close to home because he was a House member, that it just bothered me too much,” Ryan said. “And what I thought is, it makes us all look like we’re like that.”

While Ryan isn’t a fan, the show has generated lots of buzz in the Washington, D.C. area. Last year a House of Cards spoof was featured at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, with actor Kevin Spacey, who plays Underwood, exchanging zingers with real-life Washington notables like Sen. John Mccain.

Spacey also performed as Underwood in another video released this week to celebrate former President Bill Clinton’s birthday. In it, Spacey pulls off his best Clinton impersonation in attempt to trick former Secretary of State Mrs. Clinton into revealing her gift to her husband.

What i do not understood is in truth how you’re now not really a lot more neatly-appreciated
than you may be now. You’re very intelligent. You realize therefore significantly
when it comes to this topic, made me for my part imagine it from a lot of varied angles.

Its like women and men don’t seem to be involved except it is something to accomplish with Lady gaga!

I think that what you posted made a bunch of sense. But, what about this?

what if you were to write a awesome post title?
I am not suggesting your content isn’t solid.,
but suppose you added a headline that makes people
desire more? I mean Paul Ryan is not a fan of ‘House of
Cards’ is kinda boring. You should peek at Yahoo’s front page
and see how they write article headlines to get viewers interested.
You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab readers interested about what you’ve
written. In my opinion, it could bring your blog a little bit more interesting.

With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism
or copyright infringement? My site has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization. Do you know
any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off?
    I’d truly appreciate it.
