After being separated for three years, Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony are officially divorced. A Los Angeles judge finalized the divorce on Monday and granted the stars joint legal custody of their twin children.

As part of the settlement the pair agreed that the 5 year-old Max and Emme would primarily live with Lopez. Anthony will take the children 7 days per month, while holidays, including Christmas, Thanksgiving and school vacations, would be split. They also agreed to protect their little ones from the paparazzi and “unwanted publicity.” The two decided that no spousal or child support was necessary.

The couple wed in 2004 in a small and secret wedding at Lopez’s Beverly Hills mansion. When the Maid in Manhattan star gave birth in 2008, People magazine paid a reported $6 million for exclusive photos, the most expensive celebrity baby photos at that time. By July 2011 the singers announced they were no longer together. After the announcement Lopez began seeing her former backup-dancer Casper Smart. Anthony filed for divorce in 2012. This is Anthony’s second divorce and Lopez’s third.

Both of the Latin singers remain active in their careers. Anthony’s most recent Spanish album, 3.0, topped the Spanish, Mexican, and U.S. Latin Music charts. He is also currently working on an English-language pop album. J. Lo’s latest album, A.K.A. was released this week with relatively favorable early reviews. It was her first album since 2011’s Love?. Her voice will also be featured in an upcoming DreamWork’s animated film Home, which is slated to hit movie theaters in the spring of 2015.
