Amber Rose recently instigated a fight with her ex-boyfriend Kanye West’s wife Kim Kardashian and her family on a radio show, and now West is stepping up to defend his in-laws. The rapper opened up to a radio show on Friday morning that Rose was “just soaking in the moment” when she made her cruel remarks, and that if Kardashian went out with him when he first asked, he never would have gotten together with Rose in the first place.

The drama between Rose and the Kardashian-Jenner clan began during a recent radio interview, when Rose was asked her opinion regarding rumors that rapper Tyga is dating Kylie Jenner. Rose is best friends with Blac Chyna, the mother of Tyga’s son, whom the rapper recently broke up with.

“She’s a baby. She needs to go to bed. It’s 7 o’clock,” said Rose. “He should be ashamed of himself…. He has a beautiful woman and a baby, and left that for a 16-year-old that just turned 17.”

Khloe Kardashian then defended her half-sister Kylie on social media, and prompted Tyga to tell Power 105.1’s “Breakfast Club” team that he didn’t leave his family to be with Kylie, and that his break-up with Chyna was merely “because of the decisions we made and things in our relationship that wasn’t going right.” However, his statement wasn’t enough to calm the drama, and West was forced to get involved during his own interview with Power 105.1’s “Breakfast Club” show on Friday in New York City.

“She’s just soaking in the moment. If Kim had dated me when I wanted, there would be no Amber Rose,” stated West. “I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim.”

Rose did not take his insult likely, and the stripper-turned-model immediately took to Twitter to attack her ex.

“Wait 30 showers?” questioned Rose, before bringing up a graphic detail of Kim Kardashian’s sex tape with Ray J. “This is my moment to let the world know who u really are and the things you’ve done to me. After all these years I never snitched on u and I don’t plan on starting now. We once loved each other so I won’t do u like that. I’ll leave that up to the Kartrashians to humiliate u when they’re done with u.”
