More incriminating information surfaces proving Planned Parenthood has broken many federal laws

The Center for Medical Progress (CMP), an anti-abortion activist group, has been undercover conducting first-person interviews that shed a dark light on Planned Parenthood practices.

Allegations that Planned Parenthood has been selling human fetus tissue to research companies without the consent of mother’s has been circulating since videos have been released, according to Fox News.

“If there was a higher gestation and the technicians needed it, there were times they would just take what they want,” said Holly O’Donnell, the ex-procurement tech for StemExpress.

“And these mothers don’t know. And there’s no way they would know.”

There have been two restraining orders by federal judges for CMP, including one that was from StemExpress, banning them from releasing the videos and recordings. But the orders only ban them from releasing the three StemExpress videos, and does not cover them exposing the video of O’Donnell.

“The coworkers I had, they would not consent the donors,” said O’Donnell.

On July 28, O’Donnell was the focus of another video in which she claims that there was an incentive to obtain hard tissue because “you’re going to get more money.” In the more rent videos, it focuses more on consent, or lack thereof.

There is an alleged form that is required to be signed by patients if they consent to donate after the abortion. Before this form can be filled out and signed, they must have already consented to get an abortion.

“Yea, no. That doesn’t happen all the time,” O’Donnell said. “Some of these women don’t know if they’re going to get an abortion. Some aren’t 100 percent they’re going to get it done.”

On July 14, Planned Parenthood released a statement that clearly stated any tissue donation is done with “full, appropriate consent from patients and under the highest ethical and legal standards.”

According to O’Donnell, standards were not followed in other areas as well. She stated that although she was the only licensed phlebotomy tech on site, other employees drew patient’s blood, and sometimes it was done without their consent.

“The coworkers I had, they would not consent the donors,” O’Donnell said.

In the earlier videos. Planned Parenthood officials admit that they change abortion procedures to procure fetal tissue, they deliver intact fetuses and they also sell fetal tissue for money. All of the above actions are practices that are against federal law.
