More suspects charged in Holly Bobo murder case

John Dylan Adams is the third person indicted on murder charges in the ongoing investigation of the murder of Holly Bobo. Jennifer Nichols, special prosecutor on the case, has confirmed this newest addition, according to 11 Alive news. Zachary Rye Adams and Jason Wayne Autry were indicted in 2014.

Holly Bobo, 20, was taken from outside her home in Decatur County in the spring of 2011. According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, partial remains of Bobo’s body were found in the forest in September.

All suspects in the case have been charged with first-degree murder in perpetration of a felony. Most specifically, they were charged with aggravated kidnapping, first-degree murder in perpetration of a felony, to wit: aggravated rape and premeditated first-degree murder. John Dylan Adams, the newest suspect charged, was previously charged with rape.

John Dylan Adams is the younger brother of Zach Adams. Zach was indicted last year on charges of kidnapping and murder in Bob’s case. Jason Wayne Autry was also indicted last year on murder and kidnapping charges.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has not yet made any statements on the new charges.
