Police busted a high school prostitution ring in Southwest Florida that was being run by two teenagers, according to an arrest affadavit.

Detectives charged three people, including a 15-year-old boy who had been “pimping out girls” in the small community of Venice in Sarasota County, according to the Miami Herald.

Police charged a 21-year-old man with sexual battery on a victim older than 12 and charged a 15-year-old boy and 17-year-old girl with human trafficking. The 21-year-old man is accused of paying a 15-year-old girl from Riverview High School for sex for a bottle of alcohol and $40.

Venice Police say they may uncover more victims as the investigation goes deeper in the alleged prostitution ring.

Two of the individuals arrested exchanged Facebook messages in August where they hatched a plan to start the ring, and they settled on rates of $50 to $70 for oral sex and $100 for virgin sex, and the prostitutes would keep 40 percent, according to authorities. They talked about prices, ages, and other details, the report states.

The 17-year-old girl, Alexa Nicole De Armas, allegedly wrote: “lol we need to start a business.”

Police say they used the money to buy alcohol and drugs, and coordinated their efforts over Facebook as the De Armas did not have a phone. The 15-year-old boy had already been in the Department of Juvenile Justice on unrelated charged, which police did not provide any information on.

They allegedly used the Facebook messenger app mostly, as well as other apps such as Snapchat and Kik. She had a tablet computer she used to download the apps, police say.

The sexual activities did not happen on the grounds of the school, according to police.
