Death Row Records founder Suge Knight, 49, was taken from his Las Vegas jail cell to University Medical Center on Thursday following a fall, confirms New York Daily News.

Lawyers for the rap mogul reported on Monday that Knight was in stable condition, but “not in good health,” according to a FOX5 Las Vegas.

On Thursday, Knight passed out in his cell and then hit his head. According to Knight’s lawyers, doctors who examined Knight found that he had a number of blood clots near his lungs.

Knight was in jail after being arrested Wednesday on a fugitive arrest warrant stemming from accusations of robbery.

News of his hospitalization came to light Monday when he failed to appear at an extradition hearing scheduled for 7:30 a.m. in Las Vegas Justice Court that day.

The same day, Knight’s bail was set at $75,000 and his hearing was rescheduled for Thursday. Knight is not required to appear at Thursday’s hearing.

The robbery charges stem from an incident that occurred Sept. 5 when Knight, accompanied by comedian Katt Williams, allegedly stole a camera from a paparazzo outside his Beverly Hills studio.

Williams, 41, was also charged with robbery.

Both Knight and Williams were arrested Oct. 28 by a joint task force that included FBI agents and members of the Las Vegas police department. The mogul and comedian were apprehended at an undisclosed location that reports are indicating is near the Las Vegas strip.

Representatives for Knight believe the blood clots may be a complication in his recovery from the multiple gunshot wounds he suffered while at a nightclub on Aug. 24.
