Kim and Kanye are reportedly naming their new house after ‘Downton Abbey’ castle

Kanye reportedly likes calling Kim "lady."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West must love the TV show Downton Abbey because they have decided to name their new home “Highclere Castle,” a source told The Sun, according to Stuff.co.nz.

“[West] wants the home to resemble Downton in its grandeur and ‘regalness’ and there will be a sign naming it Highclere Castle,” the source said.

According to a website dedicated to the castle, the real Highclere Castle is the home of the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon and is where Downton Abbey is filmed. The castle offers public tours, giving visitors the opportunity to see some of the rooms that appear in the popular TV show.

Kim and Kanye’s “Highclere Castle” is a $20 million estate in Hidden Hills, California. The home reportedly has two pools, two vineyards and a large area for entertaining guests outdoors.

What other aspects of Downton Abbey do the power couple incorporate into their everyday lives?

“Kanye loves calling Kim ‘lady,'” the source told the newspaper. “He basically thinks he’s an even cooler version of Lord Grantham.”
