Fed up with Instagram, Handler wished her Instagram followers goodbye Friday and invited them to follow her on Twitter.
Former late night talk show host Chelsea Handler posted a topless photo of herself on horseback Thursday, positioning it next to the famous photo of a shirtless Vladimir Putin riding a horse.
“Anything a man can do, a woman has the right to do better. #kremlin,” she added as a caption.
Instagram, however, wasn’t a fan of the photo and removed it immediately, noting that it was a violation of the site’s community guidelines.
“Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to show I have a better body than Putin,” Handler wrote in reponse after posting the photo again.
Unsurprisingly, Instagram quickly removed the photo.
According to The Washington Post, Handler tried unsuccessfully to post the photo a third time.
“If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it’s ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?” Handler added as a caption to the re-posted photo. “If Instagram takes this down again, you’re saying Vladimir Putin Has more 1st amendment rights than me.”
Fed up with Instagram, Handler wished her Instagram followers goodbye Friday and invited them to follow her on Twitter.
“You can now find my dogs and my breasts on Twitter only where my followers have the right to choose what they say,” she wrote. “Bye bye instablock.”
