Rap mogul Marion “Suge” Knight and comedian Micah “Katt” Williams were taken into custody on Wednesday for allegedly stealing a camera from a photographer in Beverly Hills in September, NBC Southern California reports.

Citing the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, the Los Angeles Times notes that Knight and Williams were each charged with one count of robbery.

The incident reportedly took place on September 5 when Knight and Williams encountered a photographer after leaving a studio together. Enraged, the duo allegedly ran after the woman and snatched the camera out of her hands. When police arrived, the rap mogul and the comedian had disappeared.

Both Katt, who was arrested at an Inglewood court house, and Suge, who was arrested in Las Vegas, have prior arrests. According to TMZ, the district attorney’s office says that Suge could be looking at 30 years to life in prison while Williams could be facing up to seven years behind bars.
