Dean finally reaches his limit on having cameras documenting his life.
Even reality stars apparently have their limit. Dean McDermott, husband of Tori Spelling and co-star of her True Tori reality series on Lifetime, became angry in the latest episode about letting the cameras film his prospective vasectomy.
According to the Daily Mail recap, the married couple was debating whether or not Dean, 47, should get a vasectomy all throughout the episode. At one point, Dean expressed frustration with the ever-present cameras documenting his life. “I don’t know, I feel like Spencer Pratt,” he vented. “Does the world really need to know this? Does the world really need to see this? It’s my reproductive organs.”
“No cameras please,” he finally exclaimed. “Go, go, seriously, please go, I’m losing my mind.”
Tori, 41, later defended her comfort level with having her whole life publicized. “But I don’t know any different,” she said. “This is what I do for work, this is our livelihood so we’re not bankrupt. What if there’s nothing else?”
Despite their four children and Tori’s earlier assertion that, “because he cheated on me, I don’t want any more babies with him,” the couple opted not to have the vasectomy.
Last year, Tori had claimed in an interview that they were “too broke” to consider the operation. Dean, however, spoke to US Magazine and denied they were in serious financial trouble.
