Watch Jim Carrey ridicule Matthew McConaughey’s Lincoln commercials on ‘SNL’

This isn't the first time McConaughey's Lincoln commercials have been mocked.

Comedian Jim Carrey returned to NBC’s Saturday Night Live for his third hosting gig this weekend. While he many not have kissed Will Ferrell during an attempt to give him mouth-to-mouth in a community hot tub, he definitely ridiculed Matthew McConaughey’s Lincoln commercials.

“You dont buy a Lincoln because it makes sense,” Carrey said in his best McConaughey accent. “You do it because you love it, or because you’re an Uber driver.”

SNL kept the parody going throughout the show with Carrey appearing as McConaughey in several Lincoln ads. In one, two kids were riding in the back seat. One of the kids says, “You’re going five miles per hours,” and Carrey responds, “Not bad for a Lincoln.”

At one point, Carrey even mimicked McConaughey’s fingers in the ad, suggesting that he was really rolling a booger and flicking it out the window.

According to Gossip Cop, this isn’t the first time that McConaughey’s now-famous Lincoln commercials have been mocked. Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres created a parody where she was sitting in the back seat while McConaughey drove. During her ride, she ate brownies and cracked jocks. She also wasn’t sure what McConaughey was doing with his fingers.
