True love does not exist. Charlie Sheen and his porn star fiance Scotine Ross, otherwise known as Brett Rossi, have called off their engagement.

So it appears that a 49-year-old actor and a 25-year-old adult film star cannot make it work when it comes to romance. The couple were set to marry next month but just announced that the November wedding will not be happening. They told Radar Online they had spent a good part of the year traveling and that that had been great but they decided together to go their separate ways.

Anyone could have guessed this was not going to last though. The pair had only been engaged since February of this year. He popped the question on a trip to Hawaii on Valentine’s Day. The split though came about because Sheen said she wanted to focus on fatherhood. He has five kids ranging from ages 30 to five.

This is a good move for the Anger Management star though because when it comes to relationships, he is not the best.

In 1990 he was engaged to Kelly Preston but she was smart enough to leave him after he accidentally shot her in the arm. He then married an escort named Donna Peele in 1995, but that only lasted a year. Then came his three year marriage to Denise Richards in 2002. She left him because of his substance and alcohol abuse. In 2008 he married Brooke Mueller and had another three year run. Their divorce was finalized in 2011. With it came a battle for custody of their two sons.
