According to USWeekly Teresa Giudice,42, after receiving a criminal sentencing of 15 months in jail starting January 5th, 2015, is trying to keep a reputation by throwing a large wine party in Westwood New Jersey. The Real Housewives of New Jersey reality TV star is throwing a wine party for her Fabellini brand of wine in the Jersey State on October 8th, despite fans and sane people alike telling her it is not a good idea.

Teresa ins’t allowing her impending sentence in jail prevent her from having a good time and expanding her business. The reality star has confirmed she is still set to host her wine parter only just one week after her jail sentence.

Teresa and Joe Giudice had pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud, including bank, mail and wire bankrucpy fraud. Teresa is set to report to jail and serve her fifteen month sentence after Christmas, while her husband Joe takes care of their children four children. Once Teresa is finished, Joe will serve his 41 month sentence in Jail.

Teresa and Joe will be revealing  to their fans and media all sides of their story to Andy Cohen in a special Watch What Happens Live: One-on-One with Teresa and Joe, airing on October 6th. The couple will be providing viewers with an inside perspective of how they are going to deal with their jail time and what this means for their family and careers. This will be the couples first interview since the sentencing and should make for interesting television. 

The question still largely remains: should Teresa be holding a wine party so close to her sentencing of being a fraud? More importantly it seems their is a large group of supporters for Teresa who are looking past the fact that she has committed fraud. The larger question may still remain, can anything good come out of a New Jersey reality TV show?
