The rapper calls his ex's rear end "a work of art" in a new interview.
It’s nice to have a fan watch your backside. Rapper Sean Combs, known as P. Diddy or Puff Daddy, gave an interview earlier this week revealing that while he and singer Jennifer Lopez have been broken up for over ten years, he remains appreciative of her assets.
While sitting down with Access Hollywood, Combs was asked to watch Lopez’s new music video with rapper Iggy Azalea, Booty, which of course features plenty of shots dedicated to her famous derriere. “I am so lucky to have had that great woman in my history,” he said, clapping. “I mean it’s great. It’s something that will go down in history.”
When asked if there was any other woman who could compete— specifically Kim Kardashian who is rather well known for her rear end— Combs disagreed. “No way,” he said. “No disrespect Kanye, Kim, but that thing right there…is something special.”
The couple became close while working on one of Lopez’s earlier albums and split in 2001 but Combs made it clear he continued to respect her as an artist and person. “Her talent, her drive, her determination. She will never give up,” he raved. “She’s a great friend of mine, will always be a friend…I’m great as a fan right now.”
When asked about Combs during an interview with E! News, Lopez beamed that the compliments were “awesome.” She elaborated, “We always root for each other, we always support each other…there’s nothing but love and respect.”
