He’s been banned from entering the United States, but now red-carpet crasher and general nuisance Vitalii Sediuk is at it again, this time during Paris Fashion Week.

The man who has earned notoriety for trying to kiss Will Smith, slap Brad Pitt, and once climbed under America Ferrara’s dress at Cannes, has been making a fool of himself outside some of the hottest Fashion Week events this year. Last week he accosted Kim Kardashian as she stepped out of a limousine to enter the Balmain show. Paparazzi captured it all on tape, as Kris Jenner screamed at him to leave her daughter alone.

The footage is bizarre, and Sediuk issued a public statement shortly after the incident.

“The prank with Kim was my protest that US banned me from entering the country,” claimed Sediuk. “I hope Kim is ok and won’t be mad at me as I didn’t mean any harm. Kanye is one lucky man as Kim is a Goddess!”

He tried to get close to her once again at the Hotel Costes in Paris but failed that time.

But on Tuesday, Sediuk set his sights on a new victim: Ciara.

The prankster pulled a similar stunt with the pop singer as she was posing for photographers outside the Valentino show. Sediuk dressed in little more than a gold sequined top and black thong, and ran up and put his arms around her, much to the dismay of everyone.

Painted on his bare thigh was a message: “Ban in the USA, but I rock Chanel.”

Ciara was visibly shaken by the encounter but remained calm and composed until the brief ordeal was over.

Sources tell E! News that the pop star is “doing fine” but was, understandably, “a little thrown off when that game came charging at her. It all happened so fast.”

Sediuk is presently at large somewhere in France, most likely near A-list, and apparently, even B and C list celebrities.
