Actresses Jennifer Lopez and Leah Remini were involved in a minor car accident Saturday in Malibu, Calif., according to TMZ.

Lopez, 45, and Remini, 44, were traveling down Pacific Coast Highway when they were rear-ended by a pick-up truck. Remini was driving Lopez’s recently purchased automobile. The singer’s kids were in the backseat.

The driver of the pick-up didn’t stop to exchange information following the accident, rather, the unidentified driver drove away.

One of the two actresses alerted emergency responders by calling 9-1-1, describing the male driver and his vehicle to authorities.

Authorities arrived on the scene and quickly deduced that the hit-and-run driver was intoxicated.

The car accident appears to be minor, as no injuries were reported.

Lopez did not hold back when reacting to the incident on Instagram.

“Sitting at a light, Riding high right before some drunk fool rear ended us in my new whip! (sic)” said Lopez. “Thank god everyone ok!”

Her hashtags were also quite descriptive.

“#GRATEFUL #THANKYOUGOD #DontdrinkandDrive!!!! #cursedthatfoolout #theBronxcameout #dontmesswithmycocnuts #mamabear #leahstayedcalm” and “#thatwasweird” concluded the post.

Local authorities have yet to comment as to whether they caught the culprit who allegedly drunkenly rear-ended Lopez and Remini, and the “cocnuts” of Lopez appear to be unharmed.
