Ukrainian media personality Vitalii Sediuk has made a name for himself over the past few years for attacking A-list celebrities like Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio, America Ferrera and Will Smith. Despite announcing his “retirement” from heckling celebrities in July, Sediuk appeared at Paris Fashion Week on Thursday to try to tackle Kim Kardashian.

Sediuk was arrested after he tried to slip under the dress of actress America Ferrera at the Cannes Film Festival in May, and then arrested again for trying to heckle Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at the Maleficent premiere later that month. He claimed two months later that he was done harassing celebrities, and issued a formal apology on his website.

“I would like to thank Hollywood for having me this two years and a half. It was an experience that taught me a lot in life. Most importantly, I would like to say sorry for celebrities that had to deal with my stunts and thank them for being tolerant to me all this time.”

However, a TMZ video released Thursday shows the media personality lunging at Kim Kardashian right before she, her husband Kanye West and her mom Kris Jenner were about to walk the red carpet at a Balmain show.

In the video, a man wearing a yellow scarf and green jacket moves towards Kardashian, who gets quickly grabbed and shielded by several bodyguards. The bodyguards then tackle the assailant to the ground, while Jenner is heard yelling, “Stop it!”

Sediuk is taking credit for the incident, his rep confirmed to TMZ.
