Mom, dad, when can we go get some ice cream? That was the question a young boy seemed to be asking when he decided to face plant into a couch in the Oval Office on June 23 of this year.

While his mom and dad (a departing U.S. Secret Service agent) chat with President Barack Obama, the young boy seems disinterested with the fact that he’s standing in the presence of the leader of the free world.

“President Barack Obama visits with a departing United States Secret Service agent and his wife as their son dives into a couch in the Oval Office,” reads the caption accompanying the photo posted on The White House’s official Flickr account.

Although many photos of the president are serious, such as ones in which he’s making an important point during a speech, there are others in which the commander in chief is saying hi to someone’s baby or simply having lunch with a supporter.
