New York Fashion Week is underway and  all of the top Hollywood celebrities as well as all the high-profile names in the fashion world are hitting the Big Apple and showing off their sizzling outfits.

From Rihanna to Lady Gaga, the celebs are out in full force and most of them are looking fierce. Lady Gaga, who is known more for her shock value than anything else when it comes to fashion, looked a little more subdued than usual. Gaga showed off her new cropped hairstyle as well.

Gaga wore an Alexandre Vaultier gown to the Harper Bazaar event, according to MTV news. While the dress was collared and rather demure, it had its racy side that came in the form of a slit nearly waist high as well as a sheer skirt. Obviously, Gaga has not grown out of showing off her underwear.

At least Lady Gaga looks great and didn’t have some insane hairstyle for this particular party. Her short blonde bob looked really nice and her boyfriend, actor Taylor Kinney, only made her look complete as he stood proudly by her side.

Also at the party were fashion heavyweights Donatella Versace and Carine Roitfeld, CR Fashion Book‘s  editor. Gaga also palled around with Stephen Gan, who is the creative director of Harper’s Bazaar and editor-in-chief of Visionaire and V Magazine.

There’s no doubt about it, the party was a success and this is only the beginning of Fashion Week. Can you imagine all of the parties to come and the glamour that the world will be seeing over the next week?
