Katy Perry proved this week that she will share any and every thing with her fans after she posted a video of herself getting her nose pierced. Some asked why, while others didn’t seem to mind the graphic video at all.

The 29-year-old singer must have decided that she needed another hole in her body so she decided to get her nose pierced. She then shared the experience with her 6.7 million Instagram followers. Well, that was gracious of her. She just could not share the end result; she wanted fans to see what she went through to get the new accessory. Perry even joked about the whole thing in the caption after getting a bit nostalgic.

“Last time I did this I was on my own with a safety pin & cube of ice @ 13. This time I thought it was best I left it to the pro’s. Sorry mom (again).”

This is not the weirdest thing the “Roar” singer has done as of late. She rocked green hair on the cover of Rolling Stone and then a pizza onesie at a recent show. Yes, an adultl size onesie covered in pepperonis – not real ones, she has not jumped off the deep end to be like Lady Gaga just yet.

While some fans on Instagram were scared like kakarenchow and others like _ishashahid_ just asked “why,” there were some that did not care much about Perry posting the video. One kept it simple and said it was “Awesome,” while katwperry said, “Aw your [sic] a cutie! I bet it looks beautiful!”
