‘House of Cards’ star Kevin Spacey ‘prank’ calls Hillary Clinton as Bill [VIDEO]

Spacey calls Clinton from the Oval Office in his best Bill voice.

House of Cards star Kevin Spacey, who plays Frank Underwood in the highly-rated Netflix political series, “prank” called former Secretary of State and potential 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

In the House of Cards parody, designed to celebrate former President Bill Clinton’s upcoming birthday, Spacey (acting as Underwood) calls Clinton from the Oval Office in his best Bill voice.

He asks Hillary if she has remembered his birthday and whether not she has selected a gift for him.

“This is a very personal decision that I will make when I’m ready,” Clinton says, a reference to the question of whether or not she will run for president.

When “Bill” and Hillary start talking about their future grandchild, the former president suggests that the child be named “Frank” if it’s a boy and “Claire” if it’s a girl. Claire is the name of Frank’s wife on the TV series.

“I was actually thinking of pushing for the name Kevin if it’s a boy… Kevin will you please just sign my husband’s birthday card already?” Clinton asks Spacey.
