No one in Hollywood saw this one coming: Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and one of Hollywood’s top-paid actresses, Jennifer Lawrence are reportedly dating.

E! News confirms that the pair have been spending time together since the end of June, after Lawrence split with her X-Men costar Nicholas Hoult.

Martin and ex Gwyneth Paltrow announced their separation in March. The former couple have been married for over ten years and announced their split on the Oscar winner’s website, Goop. The blog post was titled,  Conscious Uncoupling.

The couple are still amicable with each other and were still living at the same residence in June, according to E! News. Martin and Paltrow have two children together, a daughter named Apple and a son named Moses. Curbed Hamptons is reporting that Martin even went so far as to rent the house next door to his estranged wife and their children while vacationing in the Hamptons this summer.

Paltrow, 41, won an Oscar in 1999 for her role in the movie Shakespeare in Love. She is rumored to be dating Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk, 43. Falchuk also co-created the series American Horror Story and was a writer and executive producer on the cable television series Nip/Tuck.

Lawrence, 24, won an Oscar in 2013 for her role in the movie Silver Linings Playbook. The 13-year age difference between Martin and Lawrence does not seem to be a factor in their relationship. E! News reported that the pair were seen at an afterparty for Coldplay’s July 1 gig at London’s The Royal Albert Hall.
