Jennifer Aniston discusses her desired weight loss and dislike for plastic surgery

Former 'Friends' star wants to lose five pounds, as she feels most comfortable "at about 110 to 113 pounds."

Despite being a co-owner and spokesperson for beauty company Living Proof and envied by fans worldwide for looking far younger than her years, award-winning actress Jennifer Anison still isn’t satisfied with her figure. The We’re the Millers star revealed in a Yahoo! Beauty interview this week that she still wants to lose five pounds.

After Aniston told Yahoo! that she broke her diet and ate a bagel the morning of her interview, she said, “I usually give myself bread on the weekends, but really, my body doesn’t love carbs. These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder to get that down, at this age.”

Even though she’s now 45-years-old, the former Friends star is still a frequent tabloid target and is constantly criticized for her appearance. However, she’s no longer overly concerned with what people say about her and wants to lose the weight for herself.

“The truth is you just go, ‘If they get a picture, that picture comes and goes, so who cares?’ Then you have 30 mean people who sit at their computers and spend their entire day picking apart and insulting celebrities about how ugly they are just so they can feel better—I guess—about themselves. I don’t understand it. There is also this pressure in Hollywood to be ageless.”

“I think, what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s–t into my face. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age. I also have a fiancé who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way.”

Aniston delivered praise for people who are able to own their age, and says that while she doesn’t judge fellow actresses who want plastic surgery to look younger, she wishes people she knows and cares about would avoid going under the knife.

“I am fortunate enough to know women like Gloria Steinem, who I think is one of the most stunning women on the planet, and doesn’t touch her face. Diane Keaton, Annette Bening, all of these fabulous fearless women who are flawless, they embrace it!”
