Taylor Swift debuted her alter ego “Natalie,” on a recent episode of Jimmy Fallon. The adorkable alter ego renders Swift almost unrecognizable as she wears a geeky button up, glasses and a fake enlarged row of brace face teeth. The debut consisted of a short comedic video for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon aspiring to make the cut of the new infamous chat show ‘Ew!”

The comedic video has Swift’s alter ego Natalie explaining, “Our moms were best friends together in college. So I’m really excited because my mom said that we’re going to come visit you and your mom and your dad, and um, I heard that you have that television show called ‘Ew!’ and so that maybe I could be on it, was what I was thinking.” The pop singer is taking a break it seems from preforming in jam packed stadiums, writing the next break up anthem or going on road trips with her girlfriends. 

If Swift’s debut of Natalie lands a spot onto the infamous chat show she will be amongst some good company with Zach Efron, Channing Tatum and first lady Michelle Obama as pasts guests. Taylor Swift is set to appear on The Tonight Show on August 13 to promote her role in the film The Giver and most likely promote her upcoming album. Along with her debut of her alter ego Natalie, Swift has been leading her Instagram followers on a clue hunting mission, posting videos and photographs hinting at her latest albums release date.
