The world is used to seeing reality star Kim Kardashian as a dashing brunette but she might be rocking the golden locks more often now that her husband, Kanye West, has admitted he likes her way better as a blonde.

In a recent interview Kim said that West liked when her better when she did not quite look like her usual self with the blonde hair. She said to People, “Kanye likes the blonde. But I think I’m going to stay dark,” adding, “I was talking about this with Kanye. He asked if I would ever go back to blonde. I was like, ‘Not right after a baby, because my face was so swollen and it looked like my lips were huge. My face was just off.”

She was not blonde for that long last year but it sure made an impression on Kanye. It was late last year that Kim traded in her familiar dark locks for a lighter look. She did the popular hombre look for a minute – which her stepdad Bruce Jenner also later did after he and Kris Jenner announced they were taking a break.

As for Kim, she failed to mention if and when she would go back to blonde, but right now she is a bit busy with her latest business venture. She is taking selfies to the extreme and publishing a 352 page book of her best shots.

Fans could see part of that book in the making on the recent episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians where they went to Thailand. Kim spent a huge part of the trip trying to snap the best pictures of herself – with the help of assistants.
