Longtime acquaintances and dynasty heiresses, Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, have finally put their friendship back together.

 The two have known each for many years, though their relationship grew distant after a battle of public invectives starting in 2008. As the Kardashian daughter steadily became a household name beginning in 2007, Paris leveled attacks below the beltway, saying her derriere  “looks like cottage cheese stuffed in a trash bag.”  

That was the last the entertainment world heard of the duo in concomitance until this weekend, when the old friends met up at Ibiza in the Balearic Islands just east of Spain. Kim took to Instagram to herald their reunion, posting a celebratory picture of themselves with the caption, “Reminiscing about the 1st time we went to Ibiza in 2006! @parishilton it was so good to see you & catch up!! Loves it lol.”  The posh resort-filled city is a popular locale for celebrities to spend their summers.
