Another week, another incident involving Justin Bieber. The troubled singer is making headlines for a heated interaction with actor Orlando Bloom. Both celebrities were at Cipriani Restaurant in Ibiza when they crossed paths early Wednesday morning and the situation got ugly.

According to TMZ, the crowd (which included other celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Paris Hilton) reports varying accounts of exactly what happened. Stories vary as to whether Bloom refused to shake Bieber’s hand or Bieber said something provocative to Bloom, but all accounts confirm Bloom took a swing at Bieber. The punch didn’t connect and their entourages were able to separate them. TMZ’s exclusive video picks up immediately after the attempted punch and Bieber can be heard yelling, “What’s up, bitch?”

As for just exactly what Bieber said to incite Bloom, TMZ indicates it was related to persistent rumors that the singer hooked up with Bloom’s then-wife, supermodel Miranda Kerr, at the 2012 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Kerr has vehemently denied the story but it has persisted. There were also rumors of trouble in April of this year when Bloom was spotted with Bieber’s frequent flame Selena Gomez in L.A., though they claimed to simply be friends.

Bieber himself seemed to indicate the Ibiza incident was related to his history with Kerr, posting a picture of the model on his Instagram. It was quickly deleted but his page continues to contain a picture of Bloom crying. Bloom has yet to comment on the incident.
