Report: Shia LaBeouf enters rehab

The troubled actor was spotted entering a private rehab facility used by celebrities.

Actor Shia LaBeouf checked into a rehabilitation facility Monday, just days after being arrested for disorderly conduct, reports X17 Online.

LaBeouf, 28, reportedly visited a rehab facility near his home in Hollywood Hills. The rehab is a private center where other celebrities have sought treatment.

The Fury star was escorted to the facility by someone believed to work for the center.

When the actor arrived at the gated entrance to the rehab facility, he was greeted by a nurse and security guard.

“Shia was nervous; he didn’t look good all morning,” said one X17 photographer, who was on the scene. “He was looking down and wasn’t even talking to his driver. It looked like he didn’t want to do it, but he knew he had to.”

Earlier that morning, photographers observed LaBeouf carrying an Alcoholics Anonymous book in his driveway.

The former Transformers actor made headlines after being arrested Thursday night for disrupting a performance of Cabaret, starring Michelle Williams and Alan Cumming, at Studio 54 in New York City.

He was reportedly standing up and yelling at the actors on stage. A security guard escorted him out of the theater. He was later charged with five counts of disorderly conduct, trespassing and harassment.

Many witnesses to the event suspect the actor was intoxicated.

He appeared in court Friday and left on his own recognizance.

He arrived in Los Angeles Sunday.

His next scheduled court date is July 25.
