Chris Brown, who was released from jail earlier this month where he was spending time for violating his probation in the Rihanna case, was falling-down drunk at a BET Awards after party on Sunday, TMZ reports.

Footage obtained by the entertainment website shows Brown being carried out of Playhouse in Hollywood.

According to TMZ, Chris says he can no longer hold his liquor, especially after his time in rehab or jail. At Playhouse, however, Chris says that Lil Wayne, Tyga and Soulja Boy encouraged him to take shots.

Earlier in the night, Brown performed at the 2014 BET Awards. Hollywood Life reports that Brown surprised the BET audience with a performance of his song “Loyal.”

Shortly before his performance, however, comedian Chris Rock dissed the R&B singer. “He just signed a new deal,” Rock said as he introduced the singer. “Too bad it was a plea deal. Give it up for Chris Brown.”
