Actor Shia LaBeouf, who was recently arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment at Broadway theater, was caught peeing on a restaurant wall last month and asked to leave the establishment, TMZ reports.

There are, however, conflicting reports as to whether the actor was banned from the establishment. TMZ says that when LaBeouf left the restaurant he promised to never return and the The Local Peasant’s manager told the website that the actor is now an unwelcome person at the establishment.

Hollywood Life, on the other hand, learned from an eyewitness that Shia is welcome to visit The Local Peasant in the future.

“Shia is in the understanding that he’s more than welcome to come back in, but he’ll be closely monitored and he’s on a short leash,” the eyewitness told Hollywood Life. “We really do wish him all the best.”

On Friday, LaBeouf was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, one count of trespassing, one count of criminal trespassing and harassment in the second degree. According to the Jerusalem Post, the charges are misdemeanors or violations, meaning that Shia would likely face very little, if any, jail time if found guilty.
