TMZ reports that Kristen Stewart threatened to sue Joan Rivers over an NSFW joke in the comedian’s new book, “Diary of a Mad Diva.”

“Many stars only do one thing well,” Rivers wrote. “The best one-trick-pony is Kristen Stewart, who got a whole career by being able to juggle a director’s balls.”

According to the New York Post’s Page Six, a Rivers spokeswoman confirmed that a lawyer for the actress contacted the comedian’s attorney about the controversial excerpt and asked for it to be removed.

Kristen’s lawyer was reportedly told to examine the prologue, which reads, “Anyone who takes anything in this book seriously is an idiot.”

TMZ adds that a Rivers insider told the website that the actress’ attorney may not pursue the issue any further, because they have not heard anything since the initial request was made.

Stewart had an affair with married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders in 2012.
