Most mugshots, such as these, make us laugh or run in the other direction. Jeremy Meeks’ mugshot, on the other hand, has gone viral and not for the normal reasons.

Meeks’ mugshot was posted by the Stockton Police Department to the outfit’s Facebook page on Wednesday. Several days later, the post has more than 67,000 likes and 8,000 shares.

According to the Stockton PD, 30-year-old Meeks, a convicted felon, was arrested for felony weapon charges along with three other individuals on Wednesday, but it wasn’t the man’s rap sheet that attracted attention.

“Wow, very sensual. Thank you God,” one Facebook user wrote. “Oh my. I just died. He is amazing best eye candy ever,” another user wrote.

“I have not seen that many likes for a photo before,” Stockton PD spokesman Officer Joseph Silva told The Associated Press, adding that Meeks is “one of the most violent criminals in the Stockton area.”

Several Facebook users noted that Meeks has a teardrop tattoo, which is a common criminal tattoo with a sinister meaning.

After Meeks takes care of his felony weapons charge, perhaps he will have a future in the modeling industry.
