Kourtney Kardashian may come across as the most private member of the media-friendly clan, but the 35-year-old mom of two knows how to get attention when she steps out on the town. On Monday night, the pregnant Kourtney showed off her fashion sense, as well as her growing baby bump, in double denim.

The occasion was a dinner date at Serafina’s in New York City with sister Kim. While the newly married Kim opted for a skin-tight, cleavage-baring black body stocking, Kourtney was more low-key in a loosely fitting light blue denim shirt over clinging skinny jeans in a darker shade of blue. The reality star accessorized the ensemble with tan leather sandals and bright red lipstick.

Even though Kourtney may not be the most flamboyant member of the family, she did once raise eyebrows when she shared a kiss with actress Jackie Cruz, who is best known for her role as Flaca on the acclaimed Netflix series Orange is the New Black.

Back in 2009, long before Cruz became famous for playing the eyeliner-loving inmate, she became friends with the eldest Kardashian sister during the filming of the series Kim and Kourtney Take Miami. At the time, Kourtney described the actress as “carefree and fun,” adding, “She kind of like, gets you, and like, has this spell, almost.

This was during the period when Kourtney was briefly single, taking a break from longtime boyfriend Scott Disick, so she and her new pal hit the hot clubs of Miami together. At one South Beach nightspot, the cameras caught the pair flirting, then sharing a kiss on the lips. Kourtney later claimed to regret the smooch, telling Radar Online, “I’m so embarrassed. I can never talk to this girl again.”

“Jackie is calling me non-stop and I’m so embarrassed I made out with her. I did not mean to lead her on.”

That was the end of the short-lived attraction, as Kourtney reconciled with Disick and soon was pregnant with son Mason. According to Cruz, the two remain in touch. “Kourtney is such a sweet person, and yes we are still friends,” said the actress in an interview. “Now and then we text each other to see how we are both doing.”
