Robert Pattinson quickly shot down rumors that he’s taking on any of Harrison Ford’s most famous roles. In reality he’s focusing on his current movie, The Rover, and has a cascade of other projects in the works.

On the Rover red carpet, Pattinson was bombarded with questions about being not only the next Indiana Jones, but also Han Solo. He was confused by both accusations saying, “I don’t know why. Why is that coming out?” he said of speculation he could play a future Indy. “I honestly don’t understand what it’s all about. Man, I wish,” adding, “I didn’t even know there was a Han Solo spinoff coming out. Like a cool spinoff. I’ll watch it.”

So that’s that, Pattinson will not be wielding a whip or flying the Millennium Falcon anytime soon, but fans can catch him in the crime thriller The Rover when it opens June 20. After that the former Twilight heartthrob will star alongside Julianne Moore and Carrie Fisher in Maps to the Stars. Maybe working with Fisher sparked the Star Wars rumors; that’s possible.

He also has Queen of the Desert with James Franco and Emmy winner Damian Lewis, and Idol’s Eyes that has him working with Robert De Niro. There is nothing in his future revolving around either Indiana Jones or Star Wars.
