Actress Mila Kunis, routinely counted among the most beautiful women in the world, has never been exactly, uh, timid about saying what she really thinks. It seems betrothal and pregnancy hasn’t changed any of that, as evidenced by a recent interview with Marie Claire, where the 30 year old actress talks pregnancy, motherhood and being engaged to Ashton Kutcher.

“Two people are allowed in my delivery room,” Kunis told Marie Claire for its July cover story. “My doctor and my significant other [her fiancé Ashton Kutcher]. And he is staying above the action. He’ll be head to head. Not head to vag. Unless he wants to risk his life and see. But I wouldn’t if I were him. I highly doubt he wants to see that being ripped apart and shredded. Because it will be shredded. It’s just a matter of how badly.”

Bold! Kutcher, though about to be a father for the first time, has plenty of experience with mothers and their post-natal bodies. After all, he spent eight years married to actress Demi Moore, who has three children of her own.

For her part, Kunis is enjoying pregnancy to the fullest, especially her newly-pronounced bosom (in fairness, most things are enjoyable when you have wealth like Kunis and Kutcher):

“They’re amazing! They’ve tripled in size. I was a 34A; now I’m a 36C. I’m so excited! I’m telling everyone I know, ‘Go ahead, touch them!'” the actress said. “Without being an a-hole, I have to say, I love being pregnant.”

Kunis and Kutcher spent several years working together on That 70s Show, though the two never dated until recently. She credits their new love to serendipity and a willingness (on her part) to say yes to new experience.

“I was really good at saying no. I decided I was just going to say yes to any opportunity that came, no matter how crazy. And it changed my life,” she said.

“All of a sudden, it wasn’t the same. And I was really proud of myself for acknowledging that. The best day of my life so far was the proposal. I cried. I was a mess. Not to discredit any relationships in my past, but this relationship is different.”

Though she’s having a banner year, Kunis promises to stay grounded. She vows, for instance, to never have a clothing line.
