Justin Bieber donated $545,000 to charity at the amFAR Cinema Against Aids gala before impatiently requesting to be served pasta off of the children’s menu.

Evidently he was too hungry to wait to be served the banquet dinner like all of the other people in attendance that night. The popstar ate his pasta dinner, ordered for him by one of his entourage, in front of everyone else waiting for their own dinner to start.

This isn’t the only strange behavior exhibited by the young pop star. Last year was strewn with incidents that seemed out of character for the once quiet singer. Inappropriate tweets, threats to paparazzi, and traveling through cold weather with out a shirt.

Could his sizable donation be a sign of maturity?

Allegedly Justin Bieber donated that $545,ooo to match another donor’s contribution after being inspired by that donor’s generosity.

It is difficult to say if Justin Bieber’s changing attitude is a sign of an evolving person with more strange behavior to come. Ordering off the kids menu isn’t as strange as some of the other alleged antics, but doing so while waiting at a table with others isn’t the most polite thing to do.

The amFAR Cinema Against Aids gala was held on Thursday night in the Antibes in the south of France. It was hosted by Harvey Weinstein and raised over $51 million for AIDS research and charity.

The amFAR Cinema Against Aids gala is often a highlight of the Cannes international film festival, drawing on celebrity crowds from each other to mutually benefit attendance.
