This week, Charlie Sheen hit the twitter machine with a vengeance. Sheen’s new target? None other than controversial Pop Princess Rhianna.  Sheen blasted the popstar for rejecting his request for a meet and greet between Rihanna and Sheen’s fiancé, Scottine.

This isn’t the first twitter mishap for Charlie. His tweeter ire has previously been directed at other celebrities including Phil Robertson (Duck Dynasty) amid his anti-gay remarks.

Sheen also accidentally sent his personal phone number and pictures to Justin Beiber, trashed Farrah Abraham for her looks and her actions on TV, and called his ex-wife (Denise Richards) a pig, on the popular social networking platform.

His rants don’t stop with Twitter either. Charlie Sheen has a long list of people (and a few places) that he’s deemed rant worthy alternating his rant vehicle between texts, YouTube, and email.

Charlie has even gone old-school and sent rants in old fashioned hand-written letters.

This time; Charlie and his fiancé were at a nice restaurant in Santa Monica celebrating her birthday. As luck would have it, Rhianna was there too. Charlie sent a message to Rhianna’s table asking if he could introduce his fiancé to her as she’s a huge fan.

His request was rejected by Rihanna stating that “there were too many paps outside.”

After what could have been a great birthday surprise turned into an A-list slap in the face, Sheen turned to Twitter to teach the super-star a lesson. His rant to Rhianna provides a brief recap of Sheen’s version of the situation, telling Rihanna how ridiculous her excuse was, and then proceeded to trash her outfit by calling it a Halloween costume.

But, it wasn’t all bad. Sheen did manage to give Rhianna some good advice: “Always take the time.”

Rhianna’s responded on Twitter saying “If that old queen don’t get ha diapers out of a bunch…”

Sheen has yet to weigh in on her dismal.
