Actor John Krasinski gave baby lovers a treat and took a stand against paparazzi on Tuesday by tweeting the first picture of his newborn daughter.

Former star of The Office Krasinski and his wife Emily Blunt, an actress best known for her breakout role in “The Devil Wears Prada,” welcomed Hazel in February. The couple was married in 2010, and Hazel is the first child for both.

Krasinski alluded to a recent celebrity movement by captioning his photo, “Pics of kids should only come direct from parents. So I’m thrilled to introduce you guys to Hazel!!! #NoKidsPolicy” This policy, initially led by Dax Shepherd and Kristen Bell, aims to protect the right of celebrity parents to protect their children’s privacy by limiting public access to their daily lives.

Many news outlets, including People and E!, have pledged to use only directly approved and distributed photos from celebrity parents instead of paparazzi shots. Krasinski initially indicated his support for the movement by personally announcing Hazel’s birth in February over Twitter and confirmed his stance by debuting her picture on his privately controlled social media.
