NBC announced Sunday that season 7 of Parks and Recreation will be its last. Parenthood will also appear for a sixth and final season.

According to The Washington Post, three new dramas and three new comedies will join NBC’s fall lineup, including a thriller featuring Katherine Heigl as a CIA analyst and a sitcom from executive producer Will Ferrell.

“We have several of our strongest comedies by some of our best auspices being held for midseason, including the final season of Parks and Recreation,” said NBC Entertainment president Jennifer Salke in a statement.

The critically acclaimed show about the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana, introduced viewers to Ron Swanson. Swanson, played by Nick Offerman, quickly became famous for his small government views and oddball wisdom.
