Wango Tango 2014 proved to be a major success, with performances by A-list stars like Maroon 5, Shakira, and Christina Aguilera.

Even though a pregnant Christina Aguilera was a little late getting to the stage for her performance, the rest of the event went on without much of a hitch. The 2014 edition of this event was held at the StubHub Center in Los Angeles. Although the stadium is known to be one of the largest in Major League Soccer, it became one of the largest groupings of celebrity performers this side of awards season.

The event, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, was held on May 10^th, 2014. Its Main Stage lineup included performances by R5, OneRepublic, Christina Aguilera, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Paramore, Ed Sheeran, Shakira, and The Chainsmokers.

Wango Tango is an all day concert series produced annually by the Los Angeles-based radio station KIIS-FM. Although the event has historically been held at a variety of different venues, its lineup is consistently impressive, made up of well-known celebrity performers.

The event has been held every year since 1998, when the station manager, Roy Laughlin, developed the concept for this concert series. Some extremely recognizable names have performed at Wango Tango over the years, making it kind of a California right of passage. These have included Mariah Carey, Ricky Martin, NSYNC, Aerosmith, Alanis Morissette, Pitbull, Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga, Usher, and Gym Class Heroes.
