Justin Bieber's week has gone from bad to worse after the singer was arrested Thursday morning in Miami for a DUI.

The singer, who hasn’t had a valid license for 6 months according to the LA Times,  was stopped after police saw the vehicle he was driving involved in a street race.

UPDATE: 4:44PM PST Bieber has opted to stay in Miami since his arrest and spent much of his time at his dads house while news of his arrest spread. The 19-year-old singer’s troubles are only growing as CNN reports the neighborhood of Calabasas identifies his home as a “frat house” in the center of a much quieter neighborhood. The investigation into the egg throwing incident is ongoing while Bieber’s run-ins with the law continue to mount. On Friday Bieber Instagramed an image of him next to the late King of Pop Michael Jackson while he waved to fans outside of court People reported. Most recently TMZ broke the story that Bieber may not have been under the influence of alcholol considering his blood alchohol level was .014. Yet despite these findings the surveillance video of Bieber’s drag race has been released by WFOR CBS Miami.

Bieber said, “What the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me?” when he was pulled over a little after 4 a.m., according to the arrest report. The 19 year old pop star was released from a Miami jail an hour after he appeared before a Miami judge who set his bail at $2,500 Thursday afternoon, according to CNN.

Bieber posted the “standard” bail shortly after and was released. Once word got out that he had been arrested fans in Miami were waiting outside to get a glimpse of the star. After exiting the police department Bieber, who was wearing black, waved at his screaming fans before leaving in a black Cadillac Escalade, according to USA Today.

His attorney Roy Black represented him at the hearing. Bieber was booked into a miami jail for failing a sobriety test, according to Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez. Martinez also revealed that Bieber, “made some statements that he had consumed some alcohol, and that he had been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication.”

An officer from the Miami Beach Police Department saw Bieber driving a yellow Lamorghini racing against a red Ferrari in a residential neighborhood. The vehicles were speeding at about 55 to 60 mph in a 30 mph zone, Martinez said. According to Martinez and the officer’s account Bieber was pulled over and immediately refused to cooperate with the officer.

Bieber’s reaction to the officer’s questions grew even more irate when the officer requested he place his hands on the car for a “cursory patdown for weapons,” the report said. Beiber is quoted saying, ” I ain’t got no f***ing weapons,” Why do you have to search me? What the f*** is this about?”

The Ferrari’s driver who was identified as 19-year-old Def Jam recording artist Khalil Sharieff was also arrested on a drunken driving charge. In addition to these charges there are also other complaints being investigated by the Miami Police Department.

Opa-Locka Assistant City Manager David Chiverton told CNN affiliate WSVN-TV that at some point throughout his time in Miami Beiber had officers escort his caravan between Miami strip clubs without authorization from any city officials or the chief of police.
