He’s the Terminator; he’s Conan; he’s the Governator.

How can you not recognize Arnold Schwarzenegger when he’s right in front of you?!

“Stop being a baby. This is Gold’s Gym, this is not a baby gym.”

This is just one of the many jocular demands the former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger gave to guests at a Gold’s Gym in Venice, California, this week, in disguise.

His face covered with a black moustache, wearing a black hat and amplifying his already thick accent, the former Governator gave people a run for their money, when they discovered that they were being trained by Conan himself, the Terminator, Arnold Schwarzenegger! Arnold donned a hat and fake moustache for his turn as “Howard”, the alleged manager at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California. Schwarzenegger took his job very seriously, toweling off members, when necessary. CNN shares that he made sure to give gym goers his fair share of helpful advice:

“You have elbows and you have knees, so touch them.”

“Remember, 75% of the body is water. Keep drinking because we haven’t finished yet with the water drinking. Remember, we do everything in reps, so you’ve done two reps of water drinking. Usually we do 10 reps of everything, so do another rep of water drinking.”

The video covering this prank has already gone viral.

According the L.A. Times, the stunt was staged as an act of publicity for the After-School All-Stars program, which Arnold Schwarzenegger has been raising funds for.

Interestingly enough, this Gold’s Gym is the same gym Arnold himself trained at when he first moved to California in the mid-70s when he was 21.

While most people didn’t recognize him in his getup, one member of the gym mentioned that Schwarzenegger looked familiar, to which he responded, “Maybe you saw me on the FBI Most Wanted list.” (CNN)

In classic Arnold style, he is approachable, comedic and philanthropic! All while making his video go viral. Can you imagine if you saw Arnold pumping iron or patting your brow at your gym?!
