Katy Perry is having one amazing year since she released her latest album. The recent cover issue of “GQ” features Perry in racy pose, but the interview inside the issue is what everyone is talking about. The “Roar” singer gets personal with GQ and reveals a lot about body image, sex life and drug use.

The singer revealed that she prayed to God to have bigger breasts: “I said, ‘God, will you please let me have boobs so big that I can’t see my feet when I’m lying down?'” She was surprised at age 11 when she got all that she asked for and more, but she emphasized that she’s never had plastic surgery. The singer said that she hasn’t had as much as a chin, nose or boob job and insists that her messages of empowerment for women come from a natural place that she’s proud of.

In the “Love, Sex and Madness” issue of GQ Perry didn’t stop there. She also went into her sex life as she told GQ that she lost her virginity at 16, but that didn’t take over the importance of the pop star discussing her career. The artist mentioned how difficult it was to break into the industry. Sometimes she’d perform for “a couple of avocados, a bag of pistachios, and like, fifteen bucks.” Her growth as an artist has taken her further than she dreamed since her top 10 song “I Kissed a Girl” hit the airwaves. She’s flying high off her album “Prism” and two Grammy nominations.

Perry also revealed to GQ that she believes in Aliens, E! Online reported. She reportedly told GQ in the February 2014 issue that her beliefs are tied to her spirituality. She said, “I see everything through a spiritual lens. I believe in a lot of astrology. I believe in aliens.” According to E! Online, she isn’t the only one who shares this belief. A host of other celebrities believe in the unknown, including actress Megan Fox, as well actors Tom cruise and Keanu Reeves.

Lastly, Perry wasn’t afraid to talk about her newest relationship with singer John Mayer, saying that she’s in a good place and having a wonderful time.
