She’s got a coveted spot as host on E! News’ Fashion Police and a front seat to every top-tier fashion event across the globe. Her opinion is a valued asset to any fashion magazine and the paparazzi just can’t get enough of her; but she just can’t seem to make it down the aisle.

The 29-year-old former reality star’s latest engagement to vegan chef, Matt Mosshart, ended just a few short months after Mosshart proposed on a Caribbean vacation, last July. The couple spent two years together, living together in Los Angeles, and prior to the announcement of the split, Kelly gushed to Hello! Magazine, “I’ve never felt this close to another human being, ever.”

The couple met in 2011 at the wedding of supermodel Kate moss and rocker Jamie Hince of the band, The Kills. Unfortunately, the duo just didn’t see wedding bells ringing for them, in the near future.

Kelly opened up to E! News saying, “It was a mutual decision. We love each other very much. It just wasn’t the right time for us, and I think if we weren’t as mature and adult than we are, then we could have gone down a road that wasn’t really nice.”

She went on, “We’re still really, really good friends; it’s just we’re not living in the same house. There’s no dramatic story. I wish there was so I had something to tell people but no… it just happens in life.”

Kelly’s previous engagement to British male model, Luke Worall, ended with a much more dramatic edge. When Kelly found out that Luke had been cheating on her with a pre-op transsexual, Kelly took to her Twitter page and blasted, “Luke Worall is the biggest piece of sh*t. He is the worst thing that ever happened to me…I have never felt heartbreak like this in my life.”

Good thing this break-up is much more amicable.

In a statement to the press, it was announced: “Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don’t expect it.”

The next question is, what will she do with the ring? Matt designed the ring to look like an earring that belonged to Kelly’s father, Ozzy, which he would wear when he was performing. And according to Kelly, when she was a little girl, she would hold up her finger to her Daddy’s ear and say, “I want a ring just like that someday.”
