Rumors are swirling about Kanye West’s loyalty, or lack thereof, to his pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian as a Canadian model is claiming that she had an affair with the rapper.

According to the New York Daily News, 24-year-old Leyla Ghobadi revealed in the latest issue of Star magazine that her relationship with West began in July of last year when the Grammy-award winner asked a member of his entourage to invite her backstage after his performance at the Atlantic City’s Revel Hotel. West’s 32-year-old girlfriend, who viewed the concert from a VIP box, was reportedly no where to be found after the show, thus enabling their meeting to take place. Ghobadi said West invited her to go to the HQ Nightclub for drinks and afterwards invited her back to his hotel room, however, she turned him down because she felt the advance “was too rushed.”

The next night she said she attended another one of his shows by way of a ticket West gave her the previous night and again he asked her back to his hotel. She said West told her that he wanted to “hook up” and that his relationship with Kardashian “was for publicity and nothing serious.” On that note Ghobadi decided to take up his offer and accompany he back to the room where one thing lend to another and they had sex. They had another sexual encounter in October in New York City while Kardashian was in Miami filming her popular reality show. West even made an attempt to see her early this month, which she turned down as Kardashian is due to give birth in just weeks.

While Ghobadi said she knows that her story will negatively impact Kardashian and West’s future, she wanted to come out with it because Kardashian deserves to know what went on behind her back.

“This is going to destroy the Kardashian family,” Ghobadi told Star magazine. “It’s bad. It’s really bad. It’s just embarrassing. But if I were Kim and about to have a baby, I would want to know.”

Despite Ghobadi’s detailed story, representatives for West and Kardashian are denying the cheating allegations.

In a statement to People magazine on Wednesday West’s rep said: “This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit. It’s a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible ‘news’ sources. This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives.”

A rep for Kardashian also shot down the rumors telling the New York Daily News that they were “not true.”

West recently spoke about his feelings for the mom-to-be in an interview with The New York Times.

“Any woman that you’re in love with or that loves you is going to command a certain amount of, you know, energy. It’s actually easier to focus, in some ways,” he told the newspaper. “I’m the type of rock star that likes to have a girlfriend, you know? I’m the type of soul that likes to be in love and likes to be able to focus. And that inspires me.”

He also provided his reasoning for not appearing on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” anymore, explaining that he received a lot of “backlash” from helping Kim go through her clothes on an episode. He said helping her clean out her closet came “from a place of love” and referred to Kim as “an amazing person that [he’s] in love with.”

Additionally, he spoke about his impending fatherhood telling the NY Times, “I would do anything to protect my child or my child’s mother.”

With regards to his future daughter, fans shouldn’t expect to hear a lot about her in the future. West and Kardashian have vowed to keep the child out of the spotlight, at least for the first few months.

“This is my baby,” he said. “This isn’t America’s baby.”

The allegations come as West has been acting more and more erratic. Besides discussing Kardashian and his upcoming child, West also said he was going to become the next Steve Jobs, a claim that some say may be a bit far fetched.
