“Teen Mom” star Farrah Abrahams still thinks that a video tape of her having sex with male porn James Deen will earn her a $2 million payday and until she earns that payday, the mother of four-year-old daughter Sophia won’t let anyone release her sex tape.

TMZ reports that Abrahams has sent Vivid Entertainment’s Steve Hirsch a cease and desist letter, warning him not to release the sex tape because it’s hers. The gossip website says that Abrahams likely made this move because Hirsch was unwilling to pay $2 million for her sex tape.

According to TMZ, the letter, which was sent via Farrah’s lawyers, says that the “Teen Mom” star owns the video and that the sale of the video without her consent could infringe on her ownership rights.

Farrah initially denied the existence of the tape, but Deen was less secretive about the dirty deed. On Wednesday, however, Abrahams told Us Magazine that the sex tape exists and that she would like the tape not be referred to as a “sex tape,” but as a “personal video.”

She also assured her younger fans that the decision to shoot a porno was made with her health and safety in mind. According to Abrahams, the “Teen Mom” star made sure that Deen was tested for STDs and that a condom was used during the filming.

Farrah’s mom, Debra Danielsen, has had trouble believing that her daughter would make a sex tape. The “Teen Mom” star’s father, on the other hand, acknowledged that the tape exists during an interview with RadarOnline.com. He also called Deen “very abusive” and said that the porn star shouldn’t have talked about the sex tape before Farrah gave him permission.

Without acknowledging that Farrah is interested in shopping the porno around for a sizable sum of money, Michael said that an act done in private should be respected.
