Britney Spears was spotted out and about this weekend with new boyfriend David Lucado, according to E! Online. The entertainment website noted that Spears and Lucado visited Las Vegas and were spotted eating at Meatball Spot in the city’s Town Square on Saturday. The couple reportedly ate classic meatball sliders with mozzarella cheese, as well as homemade mac and cheese.

According to TMZ, Spears and Lucado were seen holding hands at a mall in Thousand Oaks on Friday. The gossip website added that this was the “first real public display of affection” since the two were seen dining together on Valentine’s Day.

Heavy.com has compiled a list of interesting facts about Lucado. Like Britney, David is from the south. While Britney’s new BF may not be able to pull in the cash like Spears, he’s had no problems supporting himself as a lawyer at a law firm in Los Angeles. Most importantly, David has no ties to Hollywood.

Entertainmentwise reports that Spears is so smitten with Lucado that she’s already asked him to move in with her. “Britney’s not very good at being single,” a source told Closer.

On January 11, 2013, Spears announced that she and fiance Jason Trawick had split up after dating for more than three years. “I’ll always adore him, and we will remain great friends,” Spears said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time.

Spears has two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Britney filed for divorce from Federline in 2006, citing “irreconcilable differences,” according to papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
