Oscar-nominated actress Jennifer Lawrence looks stunning in her Miss Dior handbag campaign pictures, which were released Thursday. Lawrence was first announced as the new face of Miss Dior in October.

“It’s such a dream to represent an iconic brand that is synonymous with high fashion.” Lawrence said in a statement obtained by E! Online. “I’m so excited to be working with the fashion house and wear the new creations by Raf Simons. His most recent haute couture and ready-to-wear collections glamorously capture the modern era at Dior.”

The Spring/Summer 2013 Miss Dior handbag campaign will debut worldwide in March 2013.

According to the New York Daily News, Lawrence was already wearing Dior on the red carpet when she was announced as the new face of Miss Dior in October. The Daily News also points out that half of the actress’ debut ads were shot in black and white. Wearing pieces from Dior designer Raf Simons’ spring collection, Lawrence’s pictures will debut in Numero magazine later this month.

The Los Angeles Times reports that at an Oscar luncheon earlier this month, Lawrence said that she’ll be eating to calm herself down on Oscar night. She said that she ate a Philly cheese steak and fries before the 2011 Oscars.
