Jennifer Lopez has made plenty of fashion statements during her career, but her ultra revealing Grammys dress tops them all. The green Versace silk chiffon dress that she wore to the 42nd Grammy Awards ceremony turned so many heads that the dress has its own Wikipedia page. “This is the first time in five or six years that I’m sure that nobody is looking at me,” actor David Duchovny, who was presenting an award with Lopez, told the audience at the time. Duchovny couldn’t have been said it better.

At the time, Lopez was dating Sean Combs, who was dressed in a gray suit at the Grammys.

Now, more than a decade later, Lopez told Harper’s Bazaar that she still has that dress. In fact, her maid recently sent her a picture of the ultra revealing Grammys dress.

“I have that at home,” said Lopez. “The other day, my housekeeper put it on a mannequin in my spa, where I get my hair and make-up done. She sent me a picture. She was like, ‘You like this dress?’ Um, yeah, but I don’t know if I like it out in the house!”

Lopez’s dress was an instant classic.

“[The dress] was an unexpected success,” Versace told the Canadian Press in a 2008 interview. “The next day [Lopez] was all over the place with people talking about her in that dress. It was one of those moments like Gianni had with Elizabeth Hurley and the safety-pin dress.”

Lopez also told the Harper’s Bazaar that she enjoys dressing herself, despite the army of stylists and assistants she has around her.

“I make it as simple and as beautiful as I can because my life is kind of big,” she added. “So I pack my luggage, or dress myself, or comb my kids’ hair, pick up their clothes – that makes our life beautiful, you know? There’s something very elegant in that.”

Although Lopez’s more recent Grammys dresses have failed to live up to the hype of the green Versace silk chiffon dress, her 2012 Grammys dress left some people wondering whether the actor and singer had a wardrobe malfunction. The Huffington Post noted after the show that Lopez’s nipple may have appeared while she was onstage. “Oh yeah,” a male viewer told the website. “Edge of the areola.”
